NOTHING in our culture makes it cool to BE instead of DO.

It feels HARD to break habits and it feels HARDER to do something unfamiliar- especially when you SUCK at it in the beginning.

We have to STOP

  • Listening to ANYONE (including that committee in your head) that tells you that you SHOULD be working harder/more/faster.

  • Believing that “SOMEDAY” there will be MORE TIME.

  • Taking the EASY WAY OUT and settling for less than optimal health and wellbeing.

  • Thinking that we’ll do it LATER/ ON VACATION/ WHEN WE RETIRE.

  • Wearing our busy lives as PROTECTION from DOING THE WORK for what we REALLY want

  • Putting LITTLE THINGS first.
