On Martha Beck’s coaching

I’m so excited to have my official certification from Martha Beck Life Coaching program! 

People talk about coaching changing their lives and now I get it.

There’s no way to hide when you finally decide to confront all the shit that’s holding you back.

I’m so glad I finally got tired off all my own BS.

I have been deeply honored to have coached and been coached by some amazing coach mentors in this group. They didn’t let us wriggle out of the hard conversations.

They lovingly held our feet to the fire

to JUST DO THE WORK.

The vulnerability was HARD for this overachiever who really prefers when things just go the way they’re planned. HA!

Lovingly greeting my fear of failure and people-pleasing and then DECIDING to change everything in my life.

I don’t recommend taking on ALL THE THINGS at the same time like I did…. P.S. ….

This work has made me a better leader, a better mom and certainly a better partner and friend. 

It’s caused me to look deeply into my ways of thinking and moving through the world- some of which needed to shift and others have supported me well.

I’m looking forward to this next chapter as I continue to partner with brave clients who show up to walk alongside.

I have found my tribe and my passion in this 5th decade.

The master coaches with Martha Beck are gifted and generous and have lovingly shepherded all of us through the program that finished in March 2018. 

It’s a great gift to be able to confront your devils and demons and to meet your wisest best self. 

We did all of that and I’m grateful for every step along this path.
